Wayne Judge was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Manhattan College and Boston College Law School where he was a Presidential Scholar. After practicing in New York City for several years he joined a law firm in Glens Falls, New York, and has practiced there ever since. His practice now concentrates in corporate and business law, estate planning, and estate administration, commercial and residential real estate and municipal law . He is experienced in litigation relating to real estate, will contests, contested estate and trust accounting proceedings.
His professional activities include, Confidential Hearing Officer for the New York State Committee on Judicial Conduct, Former Member of the Committee on Professional Standards, Former Trustee of the Federal Bar Council, Member of the New York State Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.
Mr. Judge served as a private, with Top Secret security clearance, in the U.S. Army’s 197th Army Security Agency and later as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve J.A.G Corps.

Mr. Judge wrote an article on Ante-Mortem Probate for the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section Newsletter and it was published in the Fall 2017, Vol. 50, No. 3 Edition.

Tammi Blake is a graduate of SUNY Adirondack. She is a Paralegal and also serves as the firm’s office manager. Tammi has twenty-five years’ experience working in real estate, corporate and business law and estate planning and settlement. In addition to managing the office, her primary areas of concentration are in real estate and corporate law. Tammi is a Member and past President and Board Member of the Adirondack Paralegal Association.
Sandra Clothier is a graduate of Schenectady County Community College with an A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies. Sandra has worked for Attorney Judge since 1990 and has over 40 years’ experience in the legal field. In addition to the firm’s general practice and municipal practice, her primary areas of concentration are probate matters, estate and trust administration, real property matters and tax certiorari proceedings. Sandra is a past Board Member of the Adirondack Paralegal Association.
